We may seem a little costlier, and a little slower. That is a commitment made early and kept: one price, one date, no surprises. Every client we’ve had came from someone whose house we built. And handover isn’t goodbye — thirty years from now, if a light goes out, call. We’ll come and change it.
Why we take our time.
Things built to last take a little longer than things that aren't. Concrete needs its days to cure. Good masonry has its pace. We rush neither. And we don't miss our word on time: most builders say three months and take four. We would rather say three and a half — and hand over in three point four.
Why we cost what we cost.
We are not building a hundred houses at once, and we never will. We haven't industrialised this, on purpose — your house gets the attention to detail it deserves, checked course by course, junction by junction. And the price we agree is the price you pay. Nothing is added later behind your back: Aitmad shows you exactly what was done and what it cost, as it happens.
What “for life” means.
Every house carries a multi-year warranty. But the paper isn't the point — the relationship is. When something in your house goes wrong, this year or in twenty, you call and we fix it. We built it. We look after it.
